Dave Marshall

Dave’s career in this field began in 2020 when he facilitated the provision of a Hilton hotel to Exeter Council for use as an overflow hospital during the pandemic. Building on this foundation, he has since delivered approximately 1,000 bed spaces under local authority, supported living, and government accommodation contracts.

In addition to his work with government bodies, Dave collaborates with charities on projects to develop care accommodations and educational facilities for children. His extensive network and deep understanding of government and institutional needs, fosters 360’s ability to secure high-value, long-term opportunities.
